It’s not just cool – it’s really fucking cool!<\/b><\/p>\n
\nSo I didn’t go in to work today (sitting and standing are still on the “it hurts when I do that” list) and finished watching all my downloaded Naruto episodes.<\/p>\n
I watched 77 over the course of 3 days…<\/b><\/p>\n
Amazingly, the show just kept getting better. Even more character development, slicker plot twists, wilder fights and character deaths than I’d expected. (They even killed off a character I liked, which bummed me out a little.) I was completely grooving on it, all the way to the end of the credits on Episode #133.<\/p>\n
So now what do I do?<\/b><\/p>\n
One of the great things about the show is the way it continues from one episode to the next. Nice if you’ve got a stack of them to watch – but not so hot when you’ve got to wait a week between each one. Especially with the cliffhangers they like to use. It seems every episode ends with a serious “Tune in next week!” <\/b>moment to keep viewers coming back. (Episode 124 was probably the best of these from the whole series.)<\/p>\n
But I don’t want to tune in next week!<\/b><\/p>\n
I know if I hadn’t hurt my back I wouldn’t have spent the whole weekend gorging myself on the show, but I’m glad I had that big a pile of downloads as I don’t know what I’d have done otherwise. But just the same, it would’ve been nice to space my viewing out a little more and enjoy it longer. Ah well, it’s not as though I can un-watch them.<\/p>\n
