But it’s for me, and that’s all that matters!
Yes, Tokyo Trip 2.0 is on the horizon. Just 34 days away, in fact. Scheduled highlights include: going to the LevelX exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography, commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Famicom (known as the NES in the United States); meeting various online friends in person for the first time&; taking a rickshaw ride&; visiting the Apple mega-store in Ginza and most likely picking up a new iBook G4; making a pest of myself with my DV cam; spend money on gaming stuff I don’t really need in Akihabara; buying flavors of Pringles found only in Japan (as far as I know) like “German Bacon” and “Mexican Tacos.”
And there will probably other assorted bits of nonsense as well. More to come on this as plans fall apart, solidify and are eventually reduced to a nice gelatinous state.
