Behold, the true face of evil!

(It’s a bit cuddlier than one would expect.)

Yes, that’s the face of evil.

TuTu.

She gave me a bit of a rude welcome to Tokyo. Tracey met me at the airport and we had a nice ride back into town on the monorail. TuTu, of course, was excited to have another person in the apartment.

Perhaps a bit too excited.During the simple business of getting reacquainted, she got overly playful with her teeth and claws. As a result, my left wrist now looks like it belongs to one of those moronic “cutters.” Now, I’ve been scratched by cats before, but it’s rare that one manages to draw blood. Let alone in several places at once.

Ouch. TuTu is no longer on my list of “animals I trust and whose company I enjoy.

“Now, in case this sounds like I’m whining – I’m not. It was just an odd little happening that I thought should be blogged. And to share one key bit of advice that should always be remembered:

Never trust a cat. Ever.
