As fun as it is to buy stuff on there, it’s even better to sell stuff.
Remember Sunday’s post about the PSP campout? And how I said I’d be keeping one for myself and putting the other two on Ebay?
Well, my two auctions ended tonight.
Amount I spent on the stuff that went on Ebay – $620
Amount I got by selling it – $1,171
I’d say that more than covered the cost of my PSP.
So basically, as a result of camping out, I got a free PSP, a game and $251. Not bad for a night’s “work.” I just wish I’d been able to meet my original goal of getting 5 PSPs (4 to sell and 1 for me). Not that I’m complaining, mind you. Making back my money plus 89% is actually better than I’d expected to do. I figured I’d cover the cost of my system and that’d be about it.
So would I camp out again if the next system to hit the market is as highly anticipated as the PSP?
DUH!!!
But that won’t be for a while, so no need to worry about that just yet.
For now I’ll just worry about what to buy with my Ebay windfall. ^.^
