“Back” to work

Okay, that’s pretty weak.

Thankfully my back isn’t feeling very weak.

I went back to work yesterday for the first time since I hurt my back on Friday the 13th (Oooh! Spooky!) and things went pretty well. I don’t have anything close to a full range of motion, so getting down on the floor and helping kids with puzzles isn’t really an option.

And singing “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” is right out.

But I’m back at work and I think I’ll continue getting better without any major problems. I’ve got another chiropractic appointment on Wednesday, and the doc thinks that’ll be the last time I need to see him. If I have to go again I won’t really mind since he’s producing great results and it’s not a bank-breaker. Hey, if you think you can get a 50-minute session with a chiropractor for ¥5,000 – take it! It’s worth much more than that for the benefits.

But I’m not telling him that. ^.^
