Things Japan can do without.

There are some exports the US really should keep to itself.


So I’m walking to the grocery store today and I see this:

and there’s only one thing I can think.

“Why the hell is this here?!?”

One – there’s even less need for a Hummer in Tokyo than in any US city.

Two – Pimpin’ out an H2 defeats any reason that it’s a Hummer in the first place.

Three – Can you really justify making an already impractical vehicle even more so?I can get the pimped out scooters and riced up compact cars. Not that I’m crazy about them, but I can understand somebody who doesn’t have a lot of money taking the little thing they can afford and trying to make it unique.

But if you’ve got an H2 in Tokyo, I’d say it’s pretty fucking unique already.

And since you can afford the H2, clearly you can afford something genuinely special and not have to resort to tricking out an overpriced box on wheels like this.
