There’s some rain now!
I’m not sure if my previous ranting had anything to do with the sudden appearance of rain just now (though somewhat delayed from the time I ranted), but in case it did I should expand on the subject.
Rain is good.
Tokyo needs more rain, and not just for the sparse bits of greenery scattered about the city. Rain helps clear the air and can even cool things off a bit. I hope those in charge of the rain will take this under advisement and look into providing us with more regular rainfall.
